Who is Ubiquity?

Ubiquity is a global business process outsourcing company serving fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, and more. With over 10,000 employees and operations across five continents, they help brands scale smarter by delivering top-tier customer experience and back-office support. Unlike most of their peers, they’re not afraid to be bold—and that’s exactly what made this project a blast.

Goal

The goal of Ubiquity’s “Outsource Fearlessly” campaign was to shake up the BPO space by doing the unthinkable—actually saying the word “outsourcing.” In a sea of competitors ducking and dodging the term, Ubiquity wanted to _own_ it. The goal? Increase awareness and make it clear that outsourcing isn’t a dirty word… unless you bleep it out for fun, of course.

Our Strategy

In our initial discovery with Ubiquity, one thing was clear: the industry was scared of the word “outsourcing.” So naturally, we leaned in—hard. The strategy was simple: make the word “outsourcing” so taboo that it gets bleeped like a curse word.

We created office scenes where the term “outsourcing” gets comically censored every time it’s spoken, as if it were offensive. Then we flipped the script with a voiceover that reassures viewers, “Outsourcing shouldn’t be a dirty word.” The tagline? “Outsource Fearlessly.” Bold, punchy, and unapologetically Ubiquity.

Our Process

As always, we started with a deep dive into Ubiquity’s brand and the perception of the BPO space. From there, we developed multiple creative concepts, but the bleeped-out buzzword idea rose to the top. Scripts were written, revised, and fine-tuned to hit just the right tone of humor and edge. Then we hit the set with a cast ready to deadpan their way through some hilarious dialogue—and plenty of bleeps.

The Video Brothers Secret Sauce 

We cooked up a full ad suite for Ubiquity, with assets designed to lead prospects from scroll-stopping moments to brand stickiness. Here's how it broke down:

  • 15-second Teaser Ad: Perfect for top-of-funnel. Quick, funny, and _just_ enough bleeping to get your curiosity buzzing.

  • 30-second Hero Ad: This one tells the full story. Several office scenarios where “outsourcing” gets bleeped to absurd levels… until we reveal the real message.

  • 15-second Follow-Up Ad: Same world, new moments. These ads reinforce the joke and cement the campaign's messaging.

  • 6-second Reminder Ads: Snappy, unforgettable, and cost-effective. Served to warm audiences as a playful nudge.

Each asset is tailored for its purpose in the funnel. Cheaper, shorter ads draw people in. Then we retarget with deeper context (and more laughs). And yes, we built it all without blowing your budget—our production process is so efficient it should probably be bleeped too. 🤫📸💻🔒💥

We captured a gallery of character portraits and scene stills during production. These were used across landing pages and social to keep the campaign visually unified. No boring banner ads here.
