Who is Loxo?
Loxo is an intelligent platform for headhunters and recruiters that helps them find the best candidates in the world by leveraging best-in-class technology and data sources.
In other words, Loxo brings the world of recruiting into the future and helps their users land more candidates for great positions.
The Goal
To create an Ad Suite of entertaining, engaging awareness ads that would drive prospects to their website and sales reps, but with a twist… They wanted seasonal-themed ads for the upcoming holiday season.
The Strategy
Every Ad Suite we make is a funnel of content that captures the audience and nurtures them through fun, cohesive ads that solidify that our clients have a solution that solves a pain.
Our strategy for Loxo was developed in collaboration with the kickass marketing team lead by Sam Khuenle. Their platform had a ton of benefits that addressed, and solved, key industry pain points.
But, the most impactful message we could think of was simpler than feature listing: Loxo can help recruiters find even the most _elusive_ candidates.
Well, what’s more elusive than extra terrestrials and bigfoot! If Loxo can help locate these historically hard to find individuals then _surely_ it can help find the best candidate for the job.
