Who is Act!?

Act! is a CRM, or Customer Relationship Management platform focused on helping small-to-medium-sized businesses get organized and ditch the chaos.

When a small business is getting off the ground, Act!’s CRM can help bring some relief to the chaos at hand.

The Goal

To create an Ad Suite that would generate awareness and drive their target audience to their website, sales reps, and their free trial in order to dominate their hyper-competitive vertical.

The Strategy

Every Ad Suite we make is a funnel of content that captures the audience and nurtures them through fun, cohesive ads that solidify that our clients have a solution that solves a pain.

For Act!, we attacked the strategy from a branding perspective to highlight their experience and expertise in the space. More specifically, their ability to reduce client management chaos to zero. 

Chaos in the workplace is nothing new, but devastating nonetheless. So we had to figure out how to depict that chaos and position Act! as a full-fledged chaos-response team.  

To do that, we created a Law & Order-inspired concept wherein Act! Agents are called to a crime scene. They’re met with a chaotic small business owner’s office where they’re finally able to save their “victim” before it’s too late.

Teaser Ads

In Act’s teaser ad we capture attention and build intrigue at the top of funnel. 

Hero Ads

Act’s Hero Ads pay off that intrigue by delivering the message of the campaign: Act! can solve your small business chaos problem.

Follow-Up and Reminder Ads

The Follow-Up Ad in Act!’s ad suite hammers home the message while the Reminder Ads cycle through the bottom of the funnel to keep Act! top-of-mind for when their audience is ready to pull the trigger.
